Schneider Electric, based in France, is seeking a Senior Tender Manager to lead complex data center opportunities from qualification to contract handover. You will coordinate a multi-country team and ensure profitability, compliance, and customer satisfaction on large Category A deals (€10M–€30M+).

You will report to the Head of Tendering and work within a wide Europe-based team, driving winning strategies and structured handovers to execution.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in complex solution tendering, proposal management or customer project environments.
• Experience in Data Centers, Energy Management, Critical Power, Building Solutions or Industrial Projects is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Define and drive winning tender strategies with Key Account Managers.
• Lead end-to-end tendering, coordinating cross-functional and international teams.
• Prepare and deliver technical, commercial, contractual, and financial proposals.
• Develop pricing strategies, optimize project costs, and secure margins and cash-flow.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks with SRM, Legal, and Operations teams.
• Lead customer interactions, including clarifications, presentations, negotiations, and contract finalization.
