Schneider Electric is seeking a senior Project Management leader for the Digital Energy scope in France, leading a regional PM team across multiple sites and interfaces with high-expectation customers. The role emphasizes safe, profitable, and compliant delivery while growing the team to meet demand.

You will oversee initiation through site acceptance, drive risk and budget management, and push process improvements in a highly visible environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering.
• 10+ years of project management experience with strong customer exposure.
• Proven leadership ability to guide teams through complex challenges.
• Fluent English required for interactions with international customers.

Responsabilités

• Oversee customer projects from initiation to completion of site acceptance for the Digital Energy portfolio, including system integrations.
• Lead and direct the regional project manager team, setting priorities and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Lead workforce planning activities by assessing current and future project demands and defining and implementing the best execution set-up.
• Manage risk assessments, budgets, profitability and compliance to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes that exceed customer expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying cost-saving opportunities and enhancing delivery processes.
