CTS Group is expanding its France operations and seeks a seasoned Project Buyer to drive procurement actions across large-scale data center projects. The role reports to Project Control Manager and emphasizes compliance, cost control, and timely handover.

Based in Paris with-site responsibilities, you will lead tenders, contracts, and vendor communications while shaping procurement processes for a new entity in France.

Qualifikationen

• Business school or university degree in economics or management.
• At least 8+ years of related procurement experience.
• Knowledge of EPC and/or Design & Build contracts.
• Experience in data center or critical facility projects as a Project Buyer.
• Fluency in French and English (native or professional working proficiency).
• Strategic, proactive and solution-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Prepare tenders for selected packages.
• Set up tender packages ensuring health, safety and technical/contractual requirements are met.
• Draw up, negotiate and propose contracts for signature.
• Support sub-contract development and execution.
• Maintain procurement database and deliver against productivity objectives.
• Promote best practices and continuous improvement in procurement processes.
