Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a senior Project Manager in France to own the Digital Energy scope, leading a multinational team of project managers and guiding strategic customer projects from initiation to site acceptance, including system integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering.
• 10+ years of project management experience with strong customer exposure.
• Experience in data centre, critical infrastructure or complex industrial environment is a plus.
• Proven leadership ability to guide teams through complex challenges.
• Fluent English for interactions with international customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer projects from initiation to completion of site acceptance for the Digital Energy portfolio, including system integrations.
• Lead and direct the regional project manager team, setting priorities and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Lead workforce planning activities by assessing current and future project demands and defining and implementing the best execution set-up.
• Manage risk assessments, budgets, profitability and compliance to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying cost-saving opportunities and enhancing delivery processes.
