Job summary

Dataiku is seeking a Technical Accounts Manager to support strategic clients and ensure successful AI adoption. You will be the primary technical advisor, guiding platform architecture, deployment, security, and ML‑Ops, while collaborating with customer teams and internal stakeholders.

This role requires exceptional communication, strong client relationships, and hands‑on expertise across Linux, IAM, cloud platforms, and big data ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a customer‑facing technical role.
• Professional proficiency in French and English.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Experience supporting both pre‑ and post‑sales engagements.
• Proficiency in Linux system administration, including networking.
• Experience with identity and access management tools (e.g., LDAP, Kerberos, Active Directory, IAM).
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Hands‑on experience with the Kubernetes ecosystem for setup, administration, troubleshooting and tuning.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the customer and the internal account team to identify priorities and develop engagement plans.
• Manage project milestones with Customer Success Managers and clients, provide status updates, identify and mitigate issues.
• Serve as a central point for client technical information and contribute to the account strategy.
• Support the Field Engineering team through documentation, process improvements and knowledge sharing.
• Act as the primary technical advisor for client teams across Dataiku platform architecture and deployment, security, and ML‑Ops.
