Job summary

Dataiku is seeking a senior technical professional to act as the primary advisor for client teams, guiding platform architecture, deployment, operations, and security across multi-vendor environments. You will partner with customers and internal teams to align priorities, drive successful outcomes, and ensure ongoing value from Dataiku.

The role requires 7+ years in a customer-facing technical capacity, strong FR and EN communication, and hands-on experience with cloud, IAM, and Kubernetes

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Professional proficiency in French and English.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Experience supporting both pre- and post-sales engagements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the customer and internal account team to identify priorities and develop engagement plan.
• Manage project milestones with Customer Success Managers and clients; provide status updates and mitigate risks.
• Serve as a central technical advisor for client teams on platform architecture, deployment, operations and security.
• Capture client feedback to inform Product and Engineering teams.
• Advise client tech leaders on long-term technical strategy and complementary technologies.
• Assist clients in integrating the Dataiku product into their systems and troubleshoot challenges.
• Explore advanced use cases including edge computing, deep learning, and MLOps.
