Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in the semiconductor industry or related field.
• 2 years experience repairing and troubleshooting electrical and/or mechanical systems.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing is a plus.
• Experience in CVD.

Responsabilités

• Perform 12-hour shift duties to support production and ensure that process integrity is in place.
• Monitor and improve the qualification process using SPC and other statistical tools. Expert on metrology handling
• ILP recovery and OCAP for process related issues and minimize the time lots are on hold
• Assist in implementing process improvement projects, provide support on process qualification, and fine-tune processes
• Attend required training sessions on the job; training includes process training, inline defect monitoring systems, and SPC training; train new hires
• Participate in process-related troubleshooting and minimise the time lots are on hold to achieve move targets and improve productivity
