Flextron Circuit Assembly is seeking an SMT Process & Manufacturing Technician to develop, maintain, and optimize programs for SMT and PTH circuit board equipment at our Wood Dale, IL facility. You'll work on Pick and Place, Screen Printing, Reflow Profiling, AOI, SPI, and various soldering processes.

The role requires 3-5 years SMT programming/maintenance experience, strong IPC/ECN/IPC knowledge, and the ability to trouble­shoot equipment while coordinating with production and engineering to

Qualifications

• Degree in electronics or equivalent.
• 3-5 years SMT programming and maintenance.
• Working knowledge of BOM, ECN/ECO, IPC standards.
• Experience with Pick and Place, Screen Printing, Reflow, AOI, SPI, and Soldering.

Responsabilités

• Develop, maintain, and optimize programs for SMT and PTH equipment.
• Handle Pick and Place, Screen Printing, Reflow, AOI, SPI, and Soldering.
• Operate, setup, maintain machines and train operators.
• Support ECN/ECO and customer changes during production.
• Collaborate with production, engineering to meet schedules.
• Troubleshoot program/process/machine issues.
