SilTerra Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Process Engineer to develop and sustain Thin Film (TFD) processes in the THIN FILM - TFD department.

You will run DoE studies, evaluate new consumables, and perform wafer metrology using AFM, SEM, and profilometers. You will work with vendors and cross-functional teams to meet production goals in a high-volume fab environment. The role requires 3–5 years in semiconductor or related industries, strong DoE/DoE statistics skills, and excellent English

Qualifications

Degree in an engineering discipline.
3–5 years in semiconductor or related industry.
Experience in IC fab processes; TFD experience desirable.
Hands-on project management experience.
Experience as Process Engineer or in high-volume manufacturing.
Strong verbal and written English.
DoE and statistics knowledge.
Detail oriented and self-motivated.
Proficient with PC software.
Ability to work in teams and independently.
Ability to meet project timelines.

Responsabilités

Develop new TFD processes using DoE and maintain Process & Operations Specifications.
Sustain production in the TFD area.
Evaluate new process consumables.
Perform wafer metrology using AFM, SEM, and profilometers.
Perform Gauge R&R on advanced metrology tools.
Collaborate with vendors to resolve process issues quickly.
Present timely production metrics reports with corrective actions.
Support new tool installation and qualification.
Participate in Cross-Functional Teams to solve issues.
Work with Manufacturing to reduce cycle time and resolve production issues.
Establish equipment acceptance procedures and improvement methodology.
Ensure robustness of TFD processes with SPC control.

Requirements

Degree holder in an engineering discipline. Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
3 - 5 years working experience in the semiconductor industry, or a related industry (Senior Engineer Position)
Experience in IC fab related processes. TFD experience very desirable and preferred.
Experience operating IC process and metrology tools. Familiar with IC industry practices andmethodologies.
Hands-on technical project management experience
Experience as a Process Engineer and/or experience in high-volume manufacturing
Good verbal and written English communication skills
Knowledge of DoE and statistics
Detailed oriented, well organized, results oriented, and self motivated
Proficient with PC?s and PC applications software
Capable of working both in groups, and independently.
Ability to develop and meet project timelines"
