NTU International seeks a Non-Key Expert – Sustainable Infrastructure Development to support planning and implementation of sustainable, resilient infrastructure in Papua New Guinea and the Pacific region. The assignment will require drafting high-quality documents and reports in English and working in multicultural teams.

The contract spans 36 months starting 1 February 2027, with travel to remote areas and coordination with government institutions and development partners.

Qualifications

• University degree, preferably postgraduate, in civil/environmental planning or related field.
• Excellent written and oral communication in culturally sensitive contexts.
• Strong knowledge of sustainable infrastructure development for the Pacific region.
• Ability to work independently in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally and locally to remote areas.
