NTU International is seeking a qualified Non-Key Expert – Transport to support technical assistance assignments in transport infrastructure, sustainable mobility and climate-resilient infrastructure in Papua New Guinea and the Pacific region.

The expert will contribute to transport planning, project preparation and policy advice, with willingness to travel to remote areas and operate within multidisciplinary, multicultural teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to communicate ideas in a culturally sensitive context.
• Strong knowledge of the transport sector, preferably PNiga Pacific region.
• Ability to work independently within multidisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to travel internationally and locally to remote areas.
