NTU International is seeking a Non-Key Expert – Sustainable Infrastructure Development to support technical assistance assignments related to planning, preparation and implementation of sustainable, resilient and inclusive infrastructure investments in Papua New Guinea and the Pacific region.

The expert will engage in sustainable infrastructure planning, project identification, prefeasibility/feasibility studies, investment planning and monitoring.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field; postgraduate level preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in culturally sensitive contexts.
• Strong knowledge of sustainable infrastructure development, especially in PNG and the Pacific.
• Ability to work independently within multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally and locally, including remote areas.
