NTU International is preparing a proposal to provide technical assistance for the Cooperation Facility for Papua New Guinea and the Pacific Island Countries. The assignment aims to facilitate EU-funded programmes in the Pacific by supporting the EU Delegation with planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, with Papua New Guinea as the primary location.

Qualifications

University degree, preferably postgraduate, in civil/infrastructure engineering or related field.
Excellent written and oral English communication.
Strong knowledge of sustainable infrastructure development.
Ability to work independently in multidisciplinary teams.
Willingness to travel internationally and locally to remote areas.

Responsabilités

Support planning and implementation of sustainable, resilient infrastructure investments.
Identify and prepare infrastructure projects, including prefeasibility and feasibility studies.
Coordinate with government institutions, utilities, IFIs and partners.
Contribute to programming, monitoring and evaluation of development programmes.
Prepare high-quality reports and maintain documentation in English.
