PNC is seeking a Strategy & Planning Specialist Sr to drive enterprise initiatives within the Retail organization. Based in Charlotte, NC or Pittsburgh, PA, you will analyze business problems, define data requirements, and deliver strategic solutions alongside senior colleagues.

In-office culture is emphasized, with a focus on customer impact, risk management, and cross-group collaboration. A university degree and 3+ years of relevant experience are typical requirements for this level.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supports one or more strategic enterprise initiatives to understand, analyze, develop, recommend, and deliver strategy and planning solutions.
• Defines the business problem, identifies issues and implements a planned approach for one or more initiatives.
• Defines and obtains data collection, research and reporting activities for assigned initiatives.
• Analyzes and recommends solutions for key initiatives. Works with more senior team members to develop and deliver presentations.
• Collaborates with the line of business and/or multiple line of businesses to implement recommended solutions.
