PNC is seeking a Personal Banker for its Retail Banking team in Sanford, NC. You will acquire and deepen the branch customer base, driving proactive sales and helping customers improve their financial wellbeing.

You will engage with clients using a defined sales process, educate on PNC solutions, leverage ecosystem partnerships, and support daily branch operations while maintaining risk controls.

Qualifications

• Typically requires 3+ years experience in a banking/retail role.
• No Degree required, but relevant experience considered in lieu of a degree.
