Pennylane is seeking a Senior Strategy & Operations professional to drive strategic planning, operational execution, and data-driven decision making. This Paris-based role requires coordinating with product leadership, design scalable frameworks, and delivering measurable outcomes across multiple teams.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, manage performance metrics, and own the OKR process while working in a fast-growing fintech environment that values autonomy and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Strategy & Operations or a related field.
• Proven ability to translate strategic initiatives into executable plans with measurable impact.
• Proficiency in SQL and modern data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product leadership to define, prioritize, and implement operational roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Design and establish scalable operational frameworks that support growth.
• Lead comprehensive analyses to identify market opportunities, inefficiencies, and growth levers.
• Spearhead strategic initiatives and pilots from ideation through measurement.
• Own the OKR process and monitor performance against key metrics.
