Salomon, headquartered in Annecy, France, seeks a Corporate Strategy Senior Manager to partner with senior leadership and translate Salomon’s long-term vision into actionable initiatives. You will shape the LTSP, lead cross-functional strategic projects, and evaluate growth opportunities with robust, data-driven analysis.

You will enable governance at the CEO/CFO/Board level, prepare strategic materials, and drive clear recommendations and decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years in strategy consulting or corporate strategy
• Experience leading cross-functional, high-impact initiatives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions
• Autonomous, structured, and ownership-driven approach
• Ability to translate analysis into clear recommendations for leadership

Responsabilités

• Shape Salomon’s Long-Term Strategic Plan (LTSP) with cross-functional alignment
• Lead high-priority strategic projects with enterprise-wide impact
• Frame strategic questions, challenge assumptions, and translate analysis into decisions
• Develop robust business cases for growth opportunities and new operating models
• Support governance and leadership readiness through insights and recommendations
