sunday is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager for France to partner with the Head of Operations and drive performance across the French business. You will build rhythms, dashboards, and cross‑functional processes while turning data into actionable plans.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in strategy or operations, strong analytical and project management skills, and fluency in French and English. The role offers a hybrid Paris office and stock options.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, finance, analytics, scale-up operations or a similar environment.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into clear business recommendations.
• Excellent project-management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
• Strong do‑er mentality: highly hands‑on, resourceful, and willing to take ownership from problem definition through execution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create clear, concise and decision‑oriented documents and presentations.
• Comfortable working with senior leaders while remaining close to day‑to-day execution.
• Highly structured, organised and reliable.
• Strong attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture.
• Proactive and resourceful, with a strong sense of ownership.
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑changing environment.
• Able to challenge constructively and form an independent point of view.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust across teams.
• Professional working proficiency in both French and English.
• Experience in restaurants, hospitality, fintech or SaaS is a plus.
• Experience with data‑analysis or business‑intelligence tools is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Run the France operating rhythm: structure and facilitate main France rituals, produce concise materials and drive follow‑through.
• Build the performance management infrastructure: provide data, dashboards and reporting for leaders.
• Analyse and drive improvement of France's operational performance across KPIs, segments and products.
• Drive strategic and cross‑functional projects: coordinate OKRs and initiatives with multiple teams.
• Prepare regular performance summaries for leadership and support forecasting and planning exercises.
