Aircall is seeking a Senior Strategic Partner Manager to lead DACH partnerships from our Paris office. You will own the regional channel strategy end-to-end, recruiting and enabling partners across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg, and turning partnerships into a predictable revenue engine.

You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to evolve partner programs, drive co-selling, and scale Aircall’s partner ecosystem in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Native/fluent German language and fluent English.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales or partnership development in a data-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and technology.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Own partner relationships and act as the primary contact for your partners.
• Develop co-selling strategies and co-marketing programs to drive revenue.
• Help partners expand Aircall services offerings and build lasting partnerships.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic partners across the DACH region.
• Create and execute joint business plans to hit revenue targets.
• Provide partner training, sales support, and resources to grow the pipeline.
