Algolia is seeking a production reliability engineer for the AI Platform to own and evolve production infrastructure at scale. You design and operate Kubernetes-based platforms, driving reliability via SLOs, observability and capacity planning.

The role emphasizes automation, shared infrastructure improvements, and secure AI workload delivery while mentoring engineers and balancing cost and velocity.

Qualifications

• Hands-on production experience with major cloud providers (GCP/AWS/Azure).
• Designing and operating Kubernetes and cloud-native systems at scale.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and reliability engineering.
• Ability to own cross-team technical problems and drive outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Own and evolve production infrastructure for AI workloads at scale.
• Design and operate highly available Kubernetes-based platforms.
• Drive reliability with SLOs, observability, and capacity planning.
• Lead complex production investigations and architectural improvements.
