Job summary

Scaleway, a leading European cloud provider, seeks a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to design, operate and scale highly available cloud platforms. You will drive automation, resiliency and operational excellence within the Data & WebCloud ecosystem.

You will tackle complex challenges in Kubernetes, distributed systems, Observability and CI/CD, collaborating with Engineering, Observability and Network teams to strengthen production reliability across services.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in SRE / Infrastructure Engineering within large-scale production environments.
• Advanced expertise in Kubernetes, Ansible, Linux and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in Terraform, Terragrunt, Ansible and GitOps (FluxCD, Argo CD, Kustomize).
• Solid experience with CI/CD, observability (Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager) and incident management.
• Good understanding of networking, DNS, load balancing and high availability.

Responsibilities

• Design, operate and scale highly available Kubernetes platforms across multi-region environments.
• Drive reliability, resilience and performance improvements across Data & WebCloud services.
• Automate infrastructure and deployments using Terraform, Ansible, GitOps and CI/CD.
• Improve observability, monitoring and SRE practices (SLIs, SLOs, Error Budgets).
• Troubleshoot critical production incidents and drive root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Engineering teams on distributed architectures, load balancing, DNS and database reliability.
