Job summary

Scaleway is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to design, implement and scale highly available cloud infrastructure across Data & WebCloud. You will drive automation, improve observability and champion SRE best practices in a fast-paced, international environment.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Observability, DBA and Network teams to ensure production reliability, incident response and scalable architectures across multiple regions and services.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in SRE / Infrastructure Engineering within large-scale production environments.
• Advanced expertise in Kubernetes, Ansible, Linux and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in Terraform, Terragrunt, Ansible and GitOps (FluxCD, Argo CD, Kustomize).
• Solid experience with CI/CD, observability (Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager) and incident management.
• Good understanding of networking, DNS, load balancing and high availability.

Responsibilities

• Design, operate and scale highly available Kubernetes platforms across multi-region environments.
• Drive reliability, resilience and performance improvements across Data & WebCloud services.
• Automate infrastructure and deployments using Terraform, Ansible, GitOps and CI/CD.
• Improve observability, monitoring and SRE practices (SLIs, SLOs, Error Budgets).
• Troubleshoot critical production incidents and drive root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Engineering teams on distributed architectures, load balancing, DNS and database reliability.
