Job summary

Scaleway in Paris is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to design, operate and scale highly available cloud infrastructure across multi-region environments. You will drive automation using Terraform, Ansible, GitOps and CI/CD to improve production reliability.

You will tackle complex distributed systems, Kubernetes, observability and incident management, collaborating with Engineering and Network/DB teams to strengthen platform architecture and SRE practices within Scaleway's Data &

Qualifications

Strong experience in SRE / Infrastructure Engineering within large-scale production environments.
Advanced expertise in Kubernetes, Ansible, Linux and distributed systems.
Proficiency in Terraform, Terragrunt, Ansible and GitOps (FluxCD, Argo CD, Kustomize).
Solid experience with CI/CD, observability (Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager) and incident management.
Good understanding of networking, DNS, load balancing and high availability.

Responsibilities

Design, operate and scale highly available Kubernetes platforms across multi-region environments.
Drive reliability, resilience and performance improvements across Data & WebCloud services.
Automate infrastructure and deployments using Terraform, Ansible, GitOps and CI/CD.
Improve observability, monitoring and SRE practices (SLIs, SLOs, Error Budgets).
Troubleshoot critical production incidents and drive root-cause analysis.
Collaborate with Engineering teams on distributed architectures, load balancing, DNS and database reliability.
