Scaleway is expanding its Site Reliability Engineering organization in France to reinforce technical leadership across our infrastructure. As Principal SRE, you will guide standards, architecture and engineering practices to ensure reliability, performance and scalability of our sovereign cloud platform.
You will work at a highly transversal level, influencing multiple teams and shaping initiatives across our Elements/Public Cloud platform.
Qualifikationen
- Extensive experience in SRE, production engineering or DevOps at large scale.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud architectures.
- Proven leadership and ability to set engineering standards across teams.
Aufgaben
- Provide technical leadership and strategic direction across the SRE org.
- Collaborate with Lead SREs to solve complex challenges and drive engineering excellence.
- Define, promote and adopt SRE standards and best practices.
- Tackle architectural challenges across large-scale distributed cloud infrastructure.
- Drive improvements in reliability, scalability, observability and production readiness.
- Guide high-load and distributed systems across multiple teams.
