Scaleway in France is seeking a passionate Site Reliability Engineer to build, maintain and secure scalable infrastructure for a global customer base. You will implement observability, automate incident response, and collaborate with product teams to improve reliability and performance.

The role offers a collaborative, international environment with hybrid work up to 3 days remote per week, and a modern stack (Go/Python/Rust, Linux, Prometheus, Grafana).

Qualifications

• Experience with Linux systems (Ubuntu/Debian).
• Strong scripting and automation skills.
• Good understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, load-balancing).
• Comfortable with English (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Build and optimize tooling to automate monitoring, diagnosis, and remediation of production incidents.
• Troubleshoot high-impact production issues with other engineering teams.
• Participate in on-call rotation to ensure service continuity.
• Promote and apply best practices for stability and security.
• Maintain technical documentation for tools and procedures.
