Job summary

Aircall, the unicorn AI-powered customer communications platform, is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer for Southern Europe, based in Paris. You will bridge Sales, Customer Relations and Product to deliver technical value from day one.

As the premier technical owner for the French market with a southern European focus, you will design and lead POCs, map integrations, deliver compelling demos, and collaborate with internal teams to drive successful implementations.

Responsibilities

• Provide deep technical knowledge of Aircall's offerings and guide Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• Discover technical requirements and map Aircall integrations with customers' tools/workflows.
• Deliver compelling demos and presentations tailored to the audience and context.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Partners to influence deal direction and ensure successful implementations.
• Address objections and help move opportunities through the sales funnel with technical rigor.
• Create and maintain internal/external documentation and share best practices with teams.
