Job summary

Aircall is seeking an outstanding Solutions Engineer to join the Revenue team in Paris. You will own technical engagements for the French market, with a secondary focus on Southern Europe, delivering value from day one.

Operating at the nexus of Sales, Customer Relations, and Product, you will guide POCs, design integrations with REST APIs and webhooks, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Partners to drive successful tech deployments.

Qualifications

• Proficient in REST APIs, webhooks, and cloud architecture.
• Experience presenting and mapping technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Professional proficiency in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide deep technical knowledge of Aircall’s offerings and APIs.
• Collaborate with prospects to map integration with existing tools.
• Deliver compelling demos and POCs.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Partners on deal strategy.
• Create internal/external technical documentation.
• Maintain customer-centric focus across engagements.
