Kong Inc., the AI Connectivity Company, is seeking a seasoned Solution Engineer to join our France sales team in Paris. You will partner with Account Executives to demonstrate the value of Kong's API Management & Connectivity solutions to enterprise customers.

In this role you will lead technical discussions, support PoCs, and help customers design scalable APIs and integrations while influencing product direction and ensuring customer success.

Formación

• 7+ years of pre-sales Solution Engineering or related SaaS/enterprise software experience.
• Experience with open-source technology.
• Foundational knowledge of API Management, cloud trends, open-source business models.
• Ability to present and lead discussions with executives, product managers, and engineers.
• Enthusiasm for fast-paced startup culture.

Responsabilidades

• Support field sales in communicating the value of Kong API Management & Connectivity.
• Grow trusted client relationships across the sales lifecycle from discovery to production.
• Support PoCs throughout the evaluation process.
• Onboard and train new customers and identify revenue potential with existing customers.
• Coordinate with support, product, and engineering to prioritize customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Create technical documentation for DevOps, implementations, and services.
• Contribute to lead generation through blogs, webinars, and industry events.
• Handle additional tasks as assigned by the manager.
