Job summary

Amadeus is seeking a Senior Solution Development Engineer in Villeneuve-Loubet, France, to guide the Revenue Management Engineering team across locations. You will drive engineering roadmap execution, release planning, and governance, while promoting best practices and continuous improvement.

The role partners with product stakeholders, ART leadership, and distributed teams to ensure predictable delivery, high-quality output, and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Typically requires 7 or more years of experience in technology program management, technical analysis, or technical delivery roles (or equivalent expertise) in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Solid understanding of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) or similar scaled agile frameworks.
• Hands-on experience in creating reporting dashboards and synthesizing insights.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle, CI/CD, and cloud-based architectures.
• Ability to collaborate effectively, build consensus, and work productively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in stakeholder engagement and delivering clear updates.

Responsibilities

• Engineering Roadmap Leadership: Lead and maintain the engineering team’s roadmap for feature development, technical improvements, maintenance, and production support.
• Release Planning: Coordinate the release plan for all SRMx product customers, including dependency management and readiness tracking.
• Process Improvement & Predictability: Promote best practices for planning, release readiness, and performance metrics.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Facilitate coordination among distributed teams in the Netherlands, Turkey, and India, as well as ART stakeholders.
• Metrics & Reporting: Track and report KPIs including predictability, defect rates, and release success rates.
• AI Integration & Efficiency: Identify, evaluate, and integrate AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and code quality.
