Job summary

AMPECO is seeking a Solutions Architecture Lead, a senior individual contributor guiding customers through architecture, design, and delivery of complex projects from initial discussions to go-live. You’ll shape the solution, plan migrations, and manage risk across engagements.

Based in France, you will own onboarding, migrations, and subsequent BAU handoffs, with opportunities to lead further integrations as customers grow.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical consulting or client delivery role.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements and communicate status.
• Ability to run workshops for varied audiences (technical and non-technical).
• Translate ambiguous client needs into concrete, actionable technical plans.
• Fluent English and French and/or German.
• Willingness to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Define the overall solution architecture and migration strategy for engagements.
• Own the planning, estimation, and risk assessment that support bidding and contracting.
• Lead onboarding and migration for new AMPECO customers.
• Hand customers over to business-as-usual after go-live.
• Lead planning for ongoing integrations or complex initiatives.
