Kinaxis seeks a Senior Solution Consultant to drive customer success in supply chain software deployments. You will lead requirements sessions, design configurations, and guide teams across complex deployments while applying optimization and AI techniques to improve customer outcomes.

You will work remotely from France, the UK, or Germany, travel up to 75% and occasionally more, collaborating with customers and Kinaxis teams to deliver immediate value through RapidResponse.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in software implementation or deployment in supply chain.
• 2–3 years in a functional leadership capacity for deployments.

Responsabilités

• Lead requirements discovery sessions for complex, multi‑phase deployments.
• Partner with Solution Architect on process design and technical direction.
• Configure solutions to client needs and approved architectures.
• Escalate and resolve complex configuration issues for the project team.
• Apply advanced optimization and AI techniques to improve performance.
• Lead deployment workshops and train customers on the solution.
