Filigran is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to join our Platform Engineering team and help run, secure, and scale the infrastructure behind the XTM Platform, Filigran's open-source platform for agentic Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM).

Our platform spans bare-metal Kubernetes, major public clouds, sovereign environments and on-premises deployments, with a remote-first team and strong emphasis on AI agents and security best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Platform Engineer, SRE, DevOps or Cloud Engineer.
• Hands-on experience running Kubernetes in production.
• Strong Ansible skills and experience writing and maintaining Helm charts.
• Solid Linux and networking fundamentals.
• Comfortable working on at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP…).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and an observability stack (Prometheus, Grafana…).
• A security mindset: consider secrets, access, network exposure and blast radius by default.
• An AI-oriented mindset: use AI tools and agents, review outputs critically.
• Willingness to code: Python and scripting.
• Comfortable in a remote-first, asynchronous team with ownership and autonomy.
• Full professional proficiency in English.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and operate production Kubernetes clusters on bare-metal and public clouds.
• Roll out Filigran products in new regions and providers as the SaaS footprint expands.
• Develop and maintain deployment methods: Helm charts, Ansible automation, CI/CD pipelines, and a virtual appliance for on-premises.
• Keep SaaS instances available and reliable: observability, monitoring, capacity planning, incident management, post-incident reviews.
• Harden the platform for regulated environments (FedRAMP, SecNumCloud).
• Use AI agents for daily work while reviewing their output.
• Help design repositories, documentation and guardrails to be agent-friendly, with safe collaboration.
• Take problems from first signal to shipped solution with documentation for others.
