PayPal in Paris is seeking an Account Representative for our SMB Sales team. You will own end-to-end relationships for a portfolio of around 200 SMB merchants, protecting margin and driving growth through retention and proactive outreach.

You will work with AI-powered tools to spot opportunities, maintain pipelines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver results. A strong focus on organization and customer conversations is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent education.
• Experience in account management or sales is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Engage and collaborate with the immediate team.
• Acquire, manage, and expand relationships with small and medium-sized merchants.
• Own and manage the commercial relationship with your merchants, working closely with colleagues across PayPal to deliver end-to-end outcomes.
• Use AI-powered tools to spot growth, cross-sell, and risk opportunities across your book.
• Keep pipeline, forecast, and portfolio health reporting accurate, and share best practices with fellow Account Representative colleagues.
