JLG is seeking a Service Coordinator Sr in Aftermarket to administer warranty, retrofits, and service reports, while coordinating service activities and maintaining vehicle records. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1+ year of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates ability to perform the role.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Experience in planning, administrative tasks, or customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
• Prior experience in automotive or heavy-duty equipment is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage the order to cash process for the service.
• Follow up with internal and external partners/customers.
• Plan and coordinate service partners and technicians daily with external customers.
• Quote and coordinate major repairs and refurb projects.
• Maintain data, parts, and quotes with service providers and customers.
• Organize and document technical and safety training with providers or clients.
• Support parts-related questions and provide shipment information.
• Liaise with the parts coordination team to answer customer questions.
• Provide reports and data entry for warranty claims and team support.
• Contribute to continuous improvements and projects.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
