JLG Industries, a global maker of access equipment, is seeking a Service Coordinator Sr in Aftermarket to join our team. This role focuses on administering warranty activities, retrofits, service reports, and coordinating truck records and parts across the network.

You will liaise with customers, suppliers, field reps and internal teams, plan service activities, and drive continuous improvements while ensuring accurate data and timely communications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1+ year(s) of relevant experience.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Experience in planning, administrative, or customer service roles.
• Experience with ERP systems is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage the order to cash process for the service.
• Coordinate service partners and oversee technicians daily.
• Quote and coordinate major repairs and refurb projects.
• Maintain data parts and quotes with providers and customers.
• Organize and document technical and safety training for stakeholders.
• Support parts related questions and shipments with the team.
• Provide various reports including warranty claims data entry.
• Drive continuous improvements and project work.
