Akamai Technologies is seeking a Security Professional Services specialist to join our expert team in Paris. You will deliver managed security services and proactive/reactive support to global customers, integrating Akamai solutions and ensuring ongoing success.

You will collaborate across functions to review integration efficiency, deliver high-quality service, and engage customers with clear, business-friendly communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role within the IT industry.
• Familiarity with web development languages, methodologies, and architectures (e.g., J2EE, HTTP, DNS).
• Understanding of security and identity technologies, processes and security event management.
• Basic project management experience to deliver technical projects.
• Excellent communication and ability to build trusting customer relationships.
• Fluent in French and English.
