Akamai Technologies GmbH in France invites you to join our Sales team as Major Account Executive New Accounts. You will hunt and sell Akamai solutions to new accounts within the French market, driving end-to-end territory growth.

You will identify market dynamics, build executive relationships, and work with a Sales Engineer to deliver value of Akamai services to customers and partners. Success means meeting targets, developing multi-industry expertise, and delivering high-value, secure, fast

Qualifications

• Relevant sales experience in technology industry.
• Demonstrates negotiating skills and ability to close deals.
• Experience managing accounts with short- and long-term planning.
• Good written and verbal communication in French and English.
• Ability to build executive-level relationships with high-level customers.

Responsabilités

• Identifying, developing and qualifying leads, driving sales opportunities through cold-calling, direct selling, partner-selling, lead-generation campaigns and via social media.
• Fostering long term relationships through positioning valued solutions to meet your customers and partners unique needs.
• Being accountable for your sales target and overachieving on them
• Maintaining sales pipeline, accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting.
• Working with integrated cross-functional teams to ensure your customers and Akamai partners realise the Value of their Akamai services.
• Working closely with a Sales Engineer and ensuring their time is used optimally.

Shape Internet Security

You will be hunting & selling Akamai solutions to new accounts (Direct & Indirect) within the French market. You will drive end-to-end territory growth by hunting net-new logos while building deep multi-industry expertise. You will identify market dynamics and emerging cybersecurity/cloud trends to turn technology disruptions into high-value sales opportunities.

As a Major Account Executive New Accounts, you will be responsible for:

• Identifying, developing and qualifying leads, driving sales opportunities through cold-calling, direct selling, partner-selling, lead-generation campaigns and via social media.
• Fostering long term relationships through positioning valued solutions to meet your customers and partners unique needs.
• Being accountable for your sales target and overachieving on them
