Recruit 121 Group in Paris is seeking a hands-on Senior SAP Payroll Consultant to lead the implementation of Employee Central Payroll (ECP) for a strategic transformation programme. You will own end-to-end configuration of SAP French Payroll within ECP and drive testing, migration, and hyper-care support.

The role requires 7+ years of SAP Payroll experience with strong French payroll configuration, plus success in full-cycle deployments in France and cloud migration projects.

• 7+ years hands-on SAP Payroll with French payroll configuration experience.
• Multiple full-cycle implementations in France, including third-party migrations.
• Practical ECP implementation and configuration experience.
• Proven track record in payroll transformation and cloud migration projects.

Responsabilités

• Configure French payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, cumulations, and gross-to-net calculations.
• Set up collective bargaining agreements, seniority rules, bonuses, and French-specific absence types.
• Support data migration from third-party systems: mapping, gap analysis, and parallel runs; integrate SuccessFactors Employee Central with ECP.
• Lead testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT) and own post-go-live support.
• Collaborate on cut-over strategy and decommissioning of legacy systems.

We're seeking a hands-on Senior SAP Payroll Consultant to lead the implementation of Employee Central Payroll (ECP) for a strategic transformation programme.

Contract Terms

• 200 days
• Paris-based, 50% remote / 50% on-site

The Role

You'll own the end-to-end configuration and delivery of SAP French Payroll (PY-FR) within ECP, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and a seamless migration from legacy payroll systems. This is a central delivery role—you'll move fast through implementation, testing, and hyper-care support.

What You'll Do

• Configure French payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, cumulations, and gross-to-net calculations
• Set up collective bargaining agreements, seniority rules, bonuses, and French-specific absence types
