Tata Consultancy Services France is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Solution Architect to bridge business needs and technical execution across the Salesforce ecosystem. You will lead end-to-end architecture, design patterns, and integration strategies within complex multi-cloud environments.

You bring 10+ years of Salesforce experience, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering scalable, secure solutions. The role focuses on governance, DevSecOps, and mentoring delivery teams in France.

Responsabilités

• Define end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture aligned with business objectives and enterprise standards.
• Lead solution design activities, architecture reviews, technical specifications, and design governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Design integrations with external systems and ensure robust, secure data architecture.
• Drive adoption of Salesforce best practices, frameworks, and reusable components.
• Support delivery teams by providing technical guidance and resolving complex issues.
• Assess new Salesforce features and innovations, and recommend adoption where relevant.
• Contribute to roadmap definition, identify optimization opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure alignment between business processes, user experience, and technical capabilities.

Context

As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you play a critical role in bridging business needs and technical execution, ensuring that scalable, efficient, and future-proof solutions are designed and implemented across the Salesforce ecosystem.

Working within complex, multi-cloud environments (Sales, Service, Agentforce, etc.), as a Solution Architect you will operate in close collaboration with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and governance bodies. The role also contributes to design authorities, enforces best practices, and ensures alignment with enterprise architecture and roadmap objectives.

Who You Are

You are an experienced Salesforce professional with minimum 10 years of experience, with a strong combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership capabilities.

You have a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, core solution and integration design patterns, and platform best practices, and you are able to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

You bring:

• A significant experience across Salesforce clouds and Agentforce
• A strong expertise in solution architecture, including integrations, data modeling, and system design
• Experience in leading functional & technical workshops, conducting fit-gap analysis, and defining solution blueprints
• Ability to engage with both business and technical stakeholders at all levels
• Strong leadership and mentoring mindset, supporting development teams and ensuring best practices
• Solid understanding of enterprise environments, including governance, DevSecOps, and CI/CD practices
• Multiple Salesforce certifications

What You Will Do

• As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will be responsible for:
• Define end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture aligned with business objectives and enterprise standards
• Lead solution design activities, including architecture reviews, technical specifications, and design authority governance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable solutions
• Design integrations with external systems and ensure robust, secure, and efficient data architecture
• Drive adoption of Salesforce best practices, frameworks, and reusable components
• Support delivery teams by providing technical guidance, resolving complex issues, and ensuring quality of implementation
• Assess new Salesforce features and innovations, and recommend adoption where relevant
• Contribute to roadmap definition, identifying optimization opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure alignment between business processes, user experience, and technical capabilities
• Provide leadership in workshops, prototyping, and solution validation phases
