Black Duck Software, Inc. is seeking a senior Manager, Sales Engineering to lead the regional Sales Engineering team for South Europe and Middle East from France, with remote work flexibility.

You'll partner with Sales, Product Management and R&D to drive strategic engagements, lead PoCs and demos, and ensure customers understand the value of Black Duck’s AppSec portfolio across the FAME region. Fluent English required; French/Arabic desired.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading Sales Engineering teams
• 5+ years in enterprise software sales/pre-sales
• Strong knowledge of Application Security
• Experience with SDLC and CI/CD
• Excellent presentation and executive communication
• Based in France with ability to support the FAME region

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a high-performing Sales Engineering team across the FAME region
• Partner with Sales leadership on regional strategy and complex opportunities
• Support strategic technical engagements, demos and PoCs with enterprise customers
• Engage with developers, security practitioners and C-level executives
• Bring deep knowledge of Application Security and modern software development
• Collaborate with Product and R&D to feedback customer input into roadmap
