Keyrock is seeking a Senior Rust Engineer to lead development of low-latency, mission-critical trading systems within its Capital Markets division. You will own stack components end-to-end, collaborating with quants, traders, and engineers to boost performance and reliability while deploying robust, production-ready infrastructure.

The role requires deep Rust expertise, experience in high-frequency trading environments, and strong AWS/Linux skills.

Qualifications

• Production-grade Rust experience building high-performance, concurrent systems.
• Experience in a systematic trading environment (HFT, Market Making, Quantitative Trading).
• Strong AWS and Linux expertise, including cloud infra trade-offs for latency-sensitive workloads.
• Proficiency in Python for strategy development, automation, and tooling.
• Deep familiarity with trading system protocols (FIX, REST, WebSocket).
• Low-latency networking: TCP/UDP, latency path analysis, kernel bypass (DPDK).
• Familiarity with agentic engineering tools and concepts: LLMs, MCP APIs, AI-First IDEs.
• Ability to make sound architectural decisions and guide implementation across complex systems.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and optimise low-latency, mission-critical trading systems
• Own key trading stack components end-to-end — from architecture through to production operation
• Collaborate closely with quants, traders, and engineers to deliver solutions that improve trading performance and resilience
• Maintain and evolve trading infrastructure with a focus on performance, stability, observability, and operational excellence
• Troubleshoot complex production issues across exchange connectivity, execution, and market data handling
• Drive engineering standards through technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring
• Embrace agentic engineering principles: leverage AI-assisted workflows, drive automation of operational tasks, and help evolve the team's agentic tooling
• Contribute to functional, component, and production-readiness testing for critical trading components
