WEBB TRADERS B.V. is seeking a senior engineer to architect and lead the development of our proprietary trading stack, focusing on data infrastructure and control workflows.

You will set the technical direction for high-performance datastores supporting latency-sensitive trading strategies and help build a world-class data platform for quantitative research. The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, mentorship, and a culture of knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HPC, large-scale data infrastructure, and/or real-time systems.
• Previous experience at a trading firm or similar low-latency, data-intensive environment is strongly desired.
• English and French language skills, written and spoken.
