Keyrock in Paris and across the globe seeks a Senior Rust Engineer with deep trading systems experience and strong AWS knowledge to join our Capital Markets division. You will own high‑impact trading infrastructure, design low‑latency components, and set technical direction across the stack.

Collaborate with quants, traders and engineers in a fully remote, international team; bring ownership, reliability, and a bias for performance while advancing AI‑assisted tooling and automation.

Qualifications

• Production-grade Rust experience building high-performance, concurrent systems.
• Hands-on experience in systematic trading environments (HFT, Market Making, Quant trading).
• Strong AWS and Linux expertise, including scripting and production troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Python or scripting languages for automation and tooling.
• Familiarity with trading system protocols (FIX, REST, WebSocket) and market data feeds.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and optimise low-latency, mission-critical trading systems.
• Own key trading stack components end-to-end from architecture to production.
• Collaborate with quants, traders, and engineers to improve performance and resilience.
• Maintain and evolve trading infra with focus on performance, stability, observability, and operability.
• Troubleshoot production issues across connectivity, execution, and data handling.
• Drive engineering standards through leadership, code reviews and mentoring.
• Leverage AI-assisted workflows and automation to enhance the team’s tooling.
