Keyrock is building a modern Data Platform to empower trading, risk, research with real-time and batch data. You’ll join early CDT hires to shape data contracts, governance, and tooling, enabling teams to publish and consume data efficiently.

We seek engineers with deep Python/SQL skills, strong data modelling, and a bias for observability and reliability. This role emphasizes self-healing systems, cost-aware design, and collaboration across squads.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of building production data systems used by others.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL; understand engine behavior.
• Code that is readable, testable, and maintainable.
• Expertise in data modelling for streaming and analytical workloads.
• Emphasis on observability, idempotency and data quality.

Responsabilités

• Build streaming and batch pipelines ingesting market and portfolio data with resilience.
• Create self-serve tooling (SDKs, patterns, templates) for data product teams.
• Own data contracts and schema evolution to avoid multi-team coordination issues.
• Design lakehouse and time-series layer aligned with query patterns.
• Establish data governance, quality framework, and observability from day one.
• Develop derived analytics for business insights across desks and wealth management.
• Design for cost and performance; treat infrastructure as code with Docker/Terraform/CI/CD.
• Collaborate openly with Architecture, Infrastructure, Platform and other teams.
