Qualifications

  • A reward expert with deep public sector experience (local government etc).
  • A consulting pro who thrives on complexity and stakeholder management.
  • Fluent in French and English (bonus points for other EU languages).
  • Skilled in Excel, data tools, and reward architecture design.
  • Comfortable with Works Council or union environments.
  • A confident communicator with a sharp analytical mind and a collaborative spirit.

Responsabilités

  • Design transparent pay frameworks that build trust and boost retention.
  • Provide data-led insights to uncover and fix pay inequities.
  • Create reward strategies aligning execs and employees with business goals.
  • Develop DE&I-focused compensation programs reflecting modern values.
  • Facilitate digital onboarding and training for Korn Ferry's Talent Suite.
  • Conduct workshops and engage stakeholders in cross-border collaboration.
