Job summary

NXP Semiconductors NV is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused People Local Rewards professional to support rewards operations across Southern Europe, mainly France, Spain, and Italy.

You will deliver annual reward cycles, advise managers, benchmark markets, and partner with HR, payroll, and external providers. Fluency in English is required, and extensive C&B experience in a multinational setting is essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in human resources, business or related field.
• 10+ years of C&B experience in a multinational company; tech industry preferred.
• Knowledge in C&B areas like market pricing, C&B systems and/or process development, job evaluation, pay planning, benefits program design & administration.
• Possess excellent communication skills and effectively interacts at all levels.
• Ability to work with ambiguity, be independent and take initiative.
• Advanced analytical skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Your Profile
