Job summary

Contentsquare is seeking a Senior Field Operations Partner within the Revenue Operations team. You will report to the Head of Field Operations and act as the operational partner for Regional VPs in France and South EMEA, driving cadence, pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM hygiene.

You will also lead cross-regional initiatives, support senior sales leadership, and ensure data accuracy across Salesforce and Clari. Fluent French and English required; hybrid/remote work policies apply.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated success partnering with senior sales leadership to drive pipeline execution, forecast discipline, and regional governance.
• Fluency in French and English

Responsibilities

• Provide operational guidance to RVPs leading France and South EMEA.
• Own and manage weekly commercial cadence, pipeline reviews, and forecasting routines.
• Drive CRM hygiene, data accuracy in Salesforce and Clari for forecast predictability.
• Serve as centralized cross-regional project lead for field ops initiatives.
• Identify coverage gaps and roadblocks and partner with RevOps teams to resolve issues.
• Deliver field enablement on tools, processes, and playbooks.
• Collaborate with Strategy Ops, Deal Desk, Enablement, and Data Governance to align global standards.
