Apple Inc. Retail seeks a Senior Manager in France to lead a store team, develop managers, and partner with the Store Leader on strategies to deliver an exceptional Apple experience. You will recruit, train, and retain a diverse, high-performing team, while addressing customer and staff concerns and ensuring store priorities are met.

This role emphasizes inclusive leadership, compliance with policies, and protecting assets in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience in retail, sales, or related field.
• Proficient in English and the local language (written and spoken).
• Availability to work a schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.

• Lead a team (including Managers) and drive development.
• Recruit, train, develop, and retain a diverse, high-performing team.
• Participate in Floor Leadership and engage with customers and staff.
• Drive store priorities with the operational strategy of the store.
