Apple Retail is seeking a Senior Manager to lead a high-performing store team and partner with the Store Leader on business priorities. You’ll drive performance, develop managers, and model inclusive leadership in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll address customer and team needs, recruit and train talent, and ensure exceptional service while upholding Apple’s values and policies, including accessibility commitments.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience in retail, sales, or a related field.
• Proficient in English and the local language, both written and spoken.
• Available to work a schedule that may include nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team (including Managers), empowering each member to learn, grow, and achieve performance and developmental goals.
• Assist with recruiting, training, developing, and retaining a diverse, high-performing team.
• Actively participate in Floor Leadership by interacting with team members and customers throughout the store, modelling what good looks like, and making sure that business priorities are met and exceptional customer service is delivered.
• Address customer and team member concerns and escalations, and partner with leadership and key business or People partners when appropriate.
• Drive business priorities and achieve store performance goals by establishing, planning, and executing the operational strategy of assigned functional areas and the entire store.
• Maintain and uphold company policies and procedures, and protect all company assets, including confidential business, customer, team member, and financial information.
• Perform other tasks as needed.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting each others’ differences and having the curiosity to learn.
• Demonstrate Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.
• Be a role model for inclusive leadership behaviors and build, develop, and retain diverse teams.
