You will develop other managers, support the Store Leader, and tackle complex problems in partnership with leadership to meet business priorities while delivering exceptional customer service. Proficiency in English and French is required, with flexibility for retail hours.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience in retail, sales, or a related field.
• Proficient in English and French, written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team (including Managers) to achieve performance goals in the store.
• Participate in Floor Leadership and model outstanding customer service.
• Address customer and team member concerns and escalate when appropriate.
• Drive store priorities and implement the operational strategy for the store and its areas.
• Uphold company policies and protect assets including confidential information.
• Foster an inclusive environment and demonstrate Apple's values daily.
